A service for machines with commercial potential
Makitor’s assisted sales service is an independent service designed for manufacturers, distributors, companies and professional sellers who want additional commercial support for selected machines.
Not every machine is suitable for this service. Makitor reviews each case in advance based on the type of machine, price, location, condition, documentation, photos, market demand and the seller’s commercial terms.
How assisted sales work
Makitor success commission
The commission only applies if the transaction is closed with a buyer introduced by Makitor. The sale is carried out directly between buyer and seller.

The transaction is carried out directly between buyer and seller
Makitor acts as commercial support and contact intermediary. The main sale is carried out directly between buyer and seller.
- The seller remains in control of the final price, conditions and availability of the machine.
- The buyer negotiates and pays directly to the seller.
- The seller invoices the machine directly to the buyer.
- Makitor only invoices its success commission if the sale is closed with a buyer introduced by Makitor.
Which machines may be suitable
Assisted sales are aimed at professional machinery with sufficient value and a real possibility of generating commercial interest.
General service conditions
- Makitor reviews each machine before accepting assisted sales.
- Assisted sales are not accepted for transactions below €3,000.
- The commission only applies if the sale is closed with a buyer introduced by Makitor.
- The conditions are agreed before starting any commercial management.
- The seller must provide accurate information, correct photos, price and updated availability.
- Makitor may reject machines with no demand, insufficient documentation, non-competitive pricing or incomplete information.
- Assisted sales do not guarantee a sale or a specific closing time.
