UPGECO GECO 200 with four suction plates. This kit combines the GECO 200 base unit with four plate formats, allowing you to choose the contact area for a load compatible with vacuum lifting. Each plate is used separately, with its own nominal capacity.
Included configuration
- 1 UPGECO GECO 200 vacuum lifter, base unit.
- 1 suction plate, 600×375 mm: nominal capacity 200 kg.
- 1 suction plate, 270×780 mm: nominal capacity 200 kg.
- 1 suction plate, 300×300 mm: nominal capacity 75 kg.
- 1 suction plate, 400×300 mm: nominal capacity 100 kg.
Capacity and use
The capacities listed above are the nominal catalogue ratings for each configuration. For the 300×300 mm plate, the manufacturer’s table specifies 70 kg at 0.25 bar. Use one plate at a time; these ratings cannot be added together. The vacuum achieved, surface condition and plate contact affect usable capacity. Check the load’s compatibility and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
