Buying machinery from a manufacturer or distributor

Before you buy industrial machinery, compare the exact machine, its capacity and the total supply conditions. Buying directly from a manufacturer is not automatically cheaper, and buying through a distributor does not guarantee faster service. Evaluate each written offer.

1. Confirm the technical specification

Define the required process, workpiece dimensions, output, electrical supply, controls and accessories. Ask for an exact model and configuration, not just a commercial family name.

2. What is included in the price?

Check the machine, tooling, taxes applicable to the destination, shipping, unloading, installation, commissioning, training and payment conditions. Compare quotations with an identical scope.

3. Warranty and spare parts

Ask which company is responsible for service, whether assistance is available in your area, what components the warranty covers and how spare parts will be supplied. Coverage varies by manufacturer and model.

4. Compare products before choosing a supplier

Browse metalworking machinery, woodworking equipment and industrial cleaning equipment. As specific examples, review the Damatomacchine Master 750.3L and the Cleanvac BRS 320 F. They perform different tasks and must be evaluated against the buyer’s real requirements.

5. Final purchasing checks

Confirm seller identity, model, current price, included accessories, warranty, documents, lead time, loading arrangements and the delivered total before placing the order.
