Descriptión
The PROD-MASZ ZGR-2000/1.2 is a 2-metre manual sheet metal folder with a usable folding length of 2,140 mm and a rated folding capacity of up to 1.2 mm in steel. This package includes a rotary shear for cutting steel up to 0.8 mm.
The capacities differ: the folder bends steel up to 1.2 mm, while the included shear cuts steel up to 0.8 mm. If you need to cut thicker sheet metal, please ask about a configuration with a different shear before ordering the equipment.
Sheet metal work for workshops and tinsmiths
This folder can produce trims, flashings, folded profiles and components for maintenance, repairs, roofing and cladding. Manual operation helps control the fold, while the stops help repeat measurements across a series of parts.
Gas strut assistance makes it easier to move the beams. The rear frame supports the sheet while preparing the work. Actual capacity depends on material strength and workpiece dimensions.
