MAZANEK NPW 1500 slitting and cut-to-length line
The MAZANEK NPW 1500 is an industrial line for straightening and longitudinal/ combines a guillotine, leveller, slitting unit and feed table.
- Working width: 1500 mm.
- Maximum sheet thickness: 1.5 mm for Rm < 400 MPa.
- Rubber-coated cutting discs, manually adjusted.
- Minimum spacing between cutting discs: 90 mm.
- 9-roll leveller with 80 mm levelling-roll diameter.
- Encoder for cut-length measurement.
- Panel control with programmable cut dimensions and quantities.
- Foot control with emergency stop.
